Surveillance & monitoring.
When you need to know what is actually happening — not what you've been told — discreet, professional surveillance turns suspicion into documented fact.
Surveillance is the most demanding work we do — and the most revealing. Done properly, it establishes patterns of behaviour, confirms locations and associations, and captures activity as it happens, all without the subject ever knowing. Done poorly, it tips the subject off and destroys the very evidence you were trying to gather.
Our investigators conduct both static (fixed-position) and mobile surveillance, on foot and by vehicle, adapting in real time as a subject moves. Every observation is logged with times, locations, and context, and supported by clear photo and video where it can be captured lawfully — the kind of record that stands up in a negotiation, a claim review, or a courtroom.
When people ask for surveillance.
- Infidelity & matrimonial. Discreet confirmation of a partner's activity and associations, documented for your own certainty or for family-law proceedings.
- Child custody & access. Objective observation of conduct and living conditions where a child's wellbeing during access is in question.
- Insurance & disability claims. Activity checks that confirm whether a claimant's reported limitations match their day-to-day conduct.
- Employee & WSIB activity. Where workplace claims or conduct away from the job warrant a discreet, lawful check.
- Whereabouts & associations. Establishing where a subject goes, who they meet, and the pattern behind it.
- Cohabitation. Confirming a living arrangement where support obligations or benefits depend on it.
Evidence, not impressions.
Surveillance is only worth as much as the record it produces. Every engagement is delivered as a clear, organised report: a chronological log of observations, the supporting photo and video, and a plain-language summary of what was — and was not — established.
Because the work is documented to a court-admissible standard, the same report that gives you personal certainty can be handed to your lawyer or an insurer without starting over. Where a matter proceeds, our investigators can provide testimony.
- Time-stamped chronological log
- Photo & video evidence
- Plain-language summary of findings
- Court-admissible documentation
- Testimony available where needed
